What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial is 14 days of Professional, with every module switched on. When it ends, your school carries on with the plan you choose. If you have not chosen one, it moves to Free — nothing is deleted, and you keep working within Free's limits.
Do we need a card to start?
No. Create your school, sign in and start using it. Moving to a paid plan comes later, and your school’s Subscription settings show you how.
Can parents and students use it?
Yes. They sign in at your school’s own address to see attendance, fees, homework and results, and get an alert when a register marks a child absent.
How are our records kept safe?
Each school is sealed off from every other inside the database itself, not just in the app. Staff see only what their role allows, every change is written to an audit trail, and everything travels over HTTPS.
Can we take our data with us?
Always, on every plan. Download the whole school — every table as a spreadsheet, and every file — whenever you like. Your records are yours.
